Test Cricket Tours - West Indies to England 2012

Tour of England 2012               Captain: Darren Sammy

64th West Indies Test tour

Twentieth Test-playing tour of England by West Indies

   (May – June 2012)

The West Indies, visiting England in the cold weather of early spring, as in 2007 and 2009, loaded their bowling attack with seam bowlers to suit the green pitches they expected to meet.

Denesh Ramdin, the wicket-keeper, was fined 20% of his match fee for making a gesture after reaching his century at Edgbaston. He displayed a message saying "Yea Viv, talk nah" directed at Viv Richards who made criticisms of him.
