after the first ODI with a foot injury. Shaun Tait replaced Hauritz in the
one-day international squad. Peter
George was named on 5 July toreplace Ryan
Harris who returned home early for an operation on his right knee injured
in the one-day series Clint
McKay joined the tour squad on 18 July as cover for Ben Hilfenhaus who
hurt his left shoulder fielding in the first Test. McKay was part of the
limited-overs squad and had since then been playing for Yorkshire. Josh Hazlewood, Steve O’Keefe and Shaun Tait were added to the
original one-day internationals squad to play England,
while Doug Bollinger, James Hopes and Steve O’Keefe were added to the T20
squad against Pakistan
in place of Ryan Harris, Dan Christian (calf injury) and Nathan Hauritz
